If 90 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or replacement.

Please also be aware that some companies pose as Wellbody™. If you have ordered some items and we can't locate the order ID in our system, it's most likely ordered from a company pretending to be Wellbody™.

Return Eligibility You are eligible to return your products within the 90 days period covered by our money back guarantee. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Lost or Stolen Packages Wellbody is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We advise you to reach out to your local post office, local carrier and state what has happened. We cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement for the lost or stolen items, but are happy to help out with the investigation where possible.

Damaged Items & Replacements (if applicable) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible, within 7 days, if the product is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and immediately send out a replacement. In your email to hello@wellbody-us.com - please also include a picture of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

Return Shipping For instructions on how to ship the returned products, please refer to the email received after placing the return request.

*Note: Customers are responsible for shipping their returns back to our main warehouse in Wyoming, USA. We do not provide return labels. Please also do not return the product without prior consultation with our team.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

As soon as you returned the product and it has been inspected by our team, we will send an email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Items must be in good working condition, and all the manuals and other accessories are included there in.

Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund on your statements.
